Neurodivergent Parent’s Club
Free Parent support group, for neurodivergent parents, those with sensory issues or with suspected neurodivergence and parents of neurodivergent children under 18.
A neurodiversity affirming space for parents to come together to share and support each other. Content to be decided by the group.
Be as social or as quiet as you like.
The group is an informal, and welcoming group which provides dialogue along with peer support.


Brick Club
Through collaborative LEGO play, children have fun, make friends, and develop their communication skills, confidence, and social and emotional wellbeing - it's therapy using LEGO bricks!
LEGO® Based Therapy is a fun and engaging learning through play program designed specifically to support the emotional and social wellbeing of children and young people. Through this concept children grow in confidence, increase skills essential for development and form positive connections all through the play.
Over time, children develop a sense of community and belonging through their shared interest in building LEGO® models.
Neurodivergent Women's Group
This group is for women who either have a formal diagnosis of any neurodiversity including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia or any other neurodiversity or self-diagnosed.
The group is run by neurodivergent women for neurodivergent women. The environment is friendly and informal, allowing you a safe space to get whatever you need off your chest.
Whether you’re looking for friendship, shared experiences, helpful resources or just a space where you can be yourself- you’re in the right place.
Meeting monthly- 1st Friday of the month, 10:30am-12:30pm.
